J'arrive pas à update le fw, voila ce que j'ai fait :
Branché la zigate en maintenant le bouton poussoir enfoncé :

Aucune idée, ca ressemble comme le message d'erreur l'indique à un problème de communication.
Tu appuis bien sur le bouton en même temps que tu mets la clef dans le port USB ? Tu confirmes qu'elle s'allume de façon différente ?

Est-ce que tu passes par un Hub USB, ou en direct ? Si Hub essayes en direct

Je la branche en direct.
J'appuie bien en même temps de la brancher, par contre elle s'allume de la même façon dans les 2 cas.
testé sur un autre pc, exactement le même comportement

J'avais aussi un probléme de connection sous W10. J'ai desinstallé le pilote et re-installer, ensuite cela à fonctionné...la magie Windows!!

Le problème était bien matériel, après en avoir reçu une nouvelle, l'upgrade a fonctionné du 1er coup.

Les logs montre que c'est la branche stable. Je pense donc que entre de changement de branche tu ne redémarres pas Domoticz ce qui est une erreur. Lors d'une mise-à-jour du plugin, il est important de redémarrer Domoticz afin que l'ensemble de l'update soit pris en compte.
La branche stable ne fait pas autant de controle que ce qui est fait en pre-4.1, donc que ce passe-t-il si tu insistes et tu relances le plugin ?

Pour la version de python, le plugin affiche la version python qui est utilisée. Peux-tu vérifier que tu n'as pas python3.4 et python3.5 ? Notamment au niveau des libpythons :

Pour python j'avais effectivement les 2 d'installés, j'ai désisntallé les 3.4 :
