Domoticz planté, après coupure secteur...

Bonjour à Toutes et Tous 
Je vais tenter d'être le plus explicite, sachant que lorsqu'un souci nous concerne, nous avons tendance à faire des raccourcis "malheureux"... aussi, si je fais un oubli, merci de me le rappeler et m'indiquer s'il y a une commande à effectuer
Après une coupure du secteur, la nuit, au p'tit matin, ordi arrêté, jusque là, aucun souci, je relance et en terminal de commande je fais : obtenu ici
et obtiens à la suite :
je fais Ctrl+C pour le stopper, puisque Domoticz réessaie toutes les 30 secondes et tourne en rond... 
j'ai effectué plusieurs arrêts et démarrages sur :
puis
le résultat obtenu est toujours le même qu'à la première commande...
Vous ai-je bien résumé le souci ?
Avez-vous besoin d'une autre commande pour visualiser une fonction ?
avec quelle commande ?
ou j'ai oublié quelque chose ?
si rien d'oublié, que puis-je faire pour relancer Domoticz, et qu'il fonctionne
