[Fermé] Zigate message de domiticz : serial read from zigate - error while reading device....

Bonjour, après de longues recherches je vous appelle au secours!
Voilà mon PB, j'utilse domoticz installé sur une machine virtuelle sur la Freebox Delta, tout fonctionnait bien jusqu' à une longue coupure d’électricité qui a mis les batteries de l'onduleur, sur lequel st branchée la Delta, à plat.
La Freebox a bien redémarré, mais coté Zigate, ce n'est pas le cas et je misère depuis une semaine pour trouver le PB....

J'ai essayé de recharger le firmware (qui était en 3.1e, passer en version3.20, pas d'amélioration

J'ai branché la zigate sur un PI4, le PB est le même:
on voit bien l'initialisation entre domoticz (en version 2021.1) et le plugin (en version stable 5 .1.015) et même j'ai la version de la zigate:

ensuite j'ai un message:
zigate transport: Zigateseriallisten thread stop, puis Writer _thread thread stop
je n'arriva pas à copier le texte donc je vous met une copie d'écran

Autre chose quand je branche la ziagte sur un port USB de mon PC sous W10, et que j'utilise TestGUI_ZiGate_NXP-4, tout semble bien se passer je vois passer les messages des dispositifs thermomètre aqara Xiaomi, télécommande Loratap.... mais je ne sais pas interpréter ces messages et je vous en met une copie ci-dessous:

J'ai appuyé sur les 3 boutons de la télécommande, on les voit passer sur les derniers messages avec les endpoint 0x01, 0x02 et 0x03
Voilà ou j'en suis j'ai vérifié le wifi de la freebox, il est sur le canal 5, ma zigate sur le canal 13

Dites moi ce que je fais mal, je dois faire une erreur tellement grosse que je ne la vois pas....

Ce qu’il faudrait ce sont les logs du plug-in/DomoticZ pour comprendre ce qu’il se passe

Tu indiques que tu es sur un PI4. tu as bien fait attention a mettre la ZiGate sur un port USB2 (pas les USB3).

Il serait bien que tu nous mettes les logs complets au démarrage du plugin et même au démarrage de DomoticZ si possible.

Il faudrait que tu arrives à nous faire un copier-coller. Si tu n'y arrives pas le sujet [A lire avant de poster] Guide pour bien formuler une demande.

Mon Pb est apparu sur la machine virtuelle de la Freebox Delta sur laquelle est installé Domoticz après des mois de bon fonctionnement et je retrouve le même PB sur le PI4 que j'utilise pour tester, ça m'évite des AR incessants au garage pour accéder à la Freebox.

Je n'avais pas pris garde à l'obligation d’utiliser un port USB2, mais c'est fait; la zigate est sur un port USB2 sur le PI4.

Je vous mets en PJ une copie d'écran des logs de démarrage de Domoticz (je n'arrive pas à faire de copier/coller du texte, que ce soit avec Chrome ou Firefox, je ne peux que faire une copie d'écran et vous envoyer l'image en PJ).

Pour moi, c'est un problème plutôt coté hardware:

1- quel type de module USB-TTL as-tu sur la Zigate Bleu ou Rouge ? Si bleu il est possible qu'il soit défaillant.
2- est-ce que la Zigate est connectée via une rallonge USB ? sur un Hub USB ? dans les 2 cas essayes de la mettre sur le port directement du PI

Autre piste, si tu as d'autres plugin qui tournent sous Domoticz, si tu arretes tous les plugin et tu ne gardes que le plugin Zigate que se passe-t-il ?

Donc:
le convertisseur TTL USB est un rouge:

J'ai testé la Zigate sur rallonge USB et sans, sur hub usb alimenté et sans, sur la freebox Delta et sur le PI4; le résultat est tjrs le même.
Il me semble que coté USB, ça fonctionne, mais coté réseau Zigbee, il y un PB...
J'ai également débranché toutes les prises Zigbee( Blitzwolf et Ikea) qui pourraient perturber le réseau Zigbee, pas d'amélioration.
il reste des thermomètres aqara, une télécommande Loratap, et qlq contacteurs d'ouverture de porte aqara qui n'émettent pas en permanence et qui donc ne devraient pas brouiller le réseau ( à moins que?),

J'ai vérifié le wifi de la Freebox, il est sur le canal 5, débranché la passerelle Netatmo, et désactivé le wifi de mon smartphone; pas d'amélioration.

Je vais essayer d'aller brancher le pi4 avec la Zigate ailleurs que chez moi pour vérifier que ce n'est pas une perturbation venant de chez moi qui brouille le réseau....

Et si rien ne change je changerai de Zigate (mais après que ma Pizigate soit tombée en panne je suis passé à la Zigate USB, et ça commence à faire beaucoup de pannes...).

D'autres idées?

Gardes tes prises connectées branchées : elles participent au maillage de ton réseau.

Sur le Pi4, tu te branches bien sur un port USB 2 (il y a des soucis si la ZiGate est sur l'USB 3) ?

Bon, je vous donne des nouvelles du feuilleton...
d’abord j'ai supprimé toutes le prises (merci Keros pour le conseil sur le maillage mais j'avais un doute sur une perturbation amenée par une des prises suite à la longue panne de courant), et ça n'a rien changé donc pas de PB du coté prises zigbee.

Et comme j'avais cru voir qu’après la mise à jour du firmware sur PC, il y avait des messages qui circulaient, j'ai installé domoticz sur windows 10, et.... ça marche: la zigate fonctionne parfaitement, ça c'est la bonne nouvelle!

J'en ai déduit que le PB venait plutôt du coté USB, et j'ai continué mes recherches.....
Ce matin j'ai enfin trouvé le PB et l'erreur que j'ai fait:
comme à chaque redémarrage les deux appareils branchés changeaient aléatoirement de port, j'ai décidé de fixer le nom des ports USB sur lesquels sont raccordés la zigate et le module TIC avec un:

l'idée n'était pas mauvaise, sauf que j'ai pris comme IdVendor et IdProduct celui du port racine de l'USB à la place de celui du module TIC, et mes 2 appareils se retrouvaient sur le même port USB.......

Ce qui m'a induit en erreur, c'est que le PB est arrivé suite à la panne d'électricité (et donc au redémarrage et surement à la prise en compte de cette modification!).

Bon; j'y ai passé beaucoup (trop) de temps, mais je me suis accroché, j'y suis arrivé et j'ai appris pas mal de choses.
Merci de vos conseils et de votre soutien, je vais tout ré-appairer tranquillement!!

Oui il peut y avoir des soucis avec les persistants USB qui ont les mêmes valeurs. Il faut faire attention. Mais ce n'est pas évident d'y penser lorsque les membres remontent des soucis de connexion. On peut se dire que si ça fonctionne, ça ne vient pas de là, mais à tort

Si tu dois réappairer tous tes objets, oui, profites-en pour passer ton firmware en optiPDM. Ce sera fait.
Jette un coup d'œil à la procédure sur le wiki.

Il n'y a pas besoin de ré appairage entre 320 OptiPDM et 321 OptiPDM.
Pour ce qui est de la nécessité du passage en 321 il est nécessaire dès lors où tu as les nouveau détecteurs d'ouverture de porte Xiaomi/Aqara, sinon pas d'urgence
