(PiZigate) No Firmware Version received from Zigate

Bonjour,

pour commencer je tiens à dire que je ne suis pas informaticien ni dans le secteur mais google est un bon ami...
J'ai un Pi4 B 4Go avec un RFX et je tente d'intégrer un PiZigate a tout ça, afin d'ajouter de nombreux éléments Xiaomi et autres...
j'ai suivi le process pour l'installation du plugin et du paramétrage du PiZigate mais je suis bloqué, impossible de détecter quoi que se soit!
voici les résultats des logs:
(PiZigate) No Firmware Version received from Zigate
Error: (PiZigate) Plugin is not started ...
Error: (PiZigate) - Communication issue with the Zigate
Error: (PiZigate) - restart once the plugin, and if this remain the same
Error: (PiZigate) - unplug/plug the zigate

de l'aide serait vraiment la bienvenue, je ne sais plus quoi faire.

Bonjour et bienvenu.

Dans u n premier temps assurez-vous que la PiZigate est fonctionnelle avec votre Rpi.

puis si ca ne fonctionne pas utiliser :https://zigate.fr/forum/forum/installat ... -pizigate/

Si la PiZigate est fonctionnelle (c'est à dire que les tests fonctionnent).

Il faut (1) faire un Erase PDM lors du lancement du plugin la 1ere fois.

Comme expliqué dans mon premier message, dans les logs je n'y vois que des erreurs, comme si le plugin n'étais pas présent ou pas le bon...
Quand je lance l'installation manuelle je suis bloqué ici:

ne voyant pas les erreurs de vos logs, c'est assez compliqué ....

Ce n'est pas suffisant. Ceci ne donne aucune information.
Relancé domoticz, il faut les logs depuis le lancement du plugin pour comprendre ce qu'il se passe.

Voyez si Domoticz ne pousse pas ses logs sur un fichier de type /tmp/domoticz.txt , c'est cela dont on a besoin.
