Bonjour,

Suite à mon poste viewtopic.php?f=28&t=10813 j'ai mis hier à jour le plugin de la 4.7 à la dernière 4.11.0.11
Hier soir domoticz crash, pas de bol passons (bien que ça n'arrive jamais)
Cependant aujourd'hui paf même chose j'arrive chez moi plus rien ne fonctionne en domotique, je regarde et domoticz est encore en stop sur mon synology.

Domoticz tourne depuis 2ans maintenant et je n'avais jamais eu de crash comme ça.

Pour moi il y a deux problèmes :
1/ Le plugin ne voit plus la zigate pendant 1mn (y a-t-il moyen de voir l'uptime de la zigate qqpart? je doute d'un problème réseau)
2/ Si j'essaye de faire "update" sur un hardware dans domoticz, ce dernier crash (peu importe le plugin)

Edit : en regardant viewtopic.php?t=9616 j'ai constaté que j'avais également 2 PluginConf-19.json et PluginConf-14.json (ancien hardware, je viens de le delete mais normalement il ne rentre pas en compte)
je vais laisser tourner et si ça replante j'essayerai en rajoutant "internetAccess": 0, (sauf indication contraire)

Edit2: En fait dans mes hardware, si le plugin Zigate est enabled, dès que je fais un update sur n'importe quel autre hardware ça fait crash domoticz. Si le plugin Zigate est disabled aucun soucis pour update les autres...

Quelle version de Domoticz ?

Quelle version de phython ?

Je serais intéressé des logs du plugin au démarrage pour pouvoir voir les paramètres activés et la version python ainsi que celle de Domoticz.

Le problème est un problème connu de Domoticz avec les plugin qui utilisent les Threads. Lorsqu'on arrete un plugin si les threads qu'il a lancé ne sont pas arrêté alors Domoticz crash.

Si tu dis que ca fonctionne depuis 2 ans, qu'est -ce qui a changé depuis.

Tu as ton python qui est à jour ?

Pour suivre la communication avec ta zigate wifi, il y a un plugin ping (System Alive Checker) qui permet de vérifier la réponse d'un équipement réseau toutes les X secondes.

Je suis sur un synology (ds218+) et j'utilise la version 4.0.11546-8 de Jadahl avec python :

Il y a eu deux changements, le premier qui n'a je pense pas d'impact, est la mise à jour de DSM en version 6.2.3-25426 (j'étais dans la version précédente ou celle d'avant). Ceci m'a fait planter un script du plugin broadlink sous domoticz: mon appel du script via 'python plugin.py' ne fonctionnait plus, j'ai du modifier en 'python3 plugin.py'. Ce que je n'ai pas compris c'est que selon moi ça devrait utiliser la version python de domoticz (donc la 3.8) et pas la version de python que j'ai installé à côté via les packages syno.

Le second changement c'est l'arrivée de mes prises ikea qui généraient pas mal d'erreur dans les logs domoticz, d'où ma mise à jour du plugin via git pull hier, et depuis ça j'ai des crash.

Je voulais déjà tenter deux options: Création d'une image docker avec la dernière version de domoticz, mais comme je suis peu familier avec on verra si ça passe.

Sinon mise à jour classique de domoticz via l'image de jadahl pour monter en 2020.2 (beta) avec python (un bug sur le site m'empêche de récupérer la 2020.1 stable)

C'est peut-être lié à une incompatibilité entre la version du plugin et la version de python

C'est plutot une incompatbilité entre le plugin et Domoticz. Tu etais sur quelle version du plugin avant , une idée ? est-ce que c'etait 4.9.xxx ou en dessous ?

Sinon, peux-tu essayer de passer sur la branche nothread

Pas mieux avec la branche nothread, dès que je désactive un hardware ça fait crash domoticz, si le plugin zigate est enabled.
Pour compléter, que ce soit sur la branche stable ou nothread, au redémarrage de domoticz le hardware est bien en disabled, et je peux le repasser en enabled sans crash, mais dès que j'essaye de le re-désactiver j'ai droit au segfault:
