Bonjour,
Je suis frustré après avoir changé le Raspberry Pi de la version 3 à la version 4, mon system est resté stable queleue semaines avant de recommancer a faire des erreurs et perdre la moitié de mes appareils. Je migre vers le SONOFF ZigBee 3.0 USB Dongle Plus.
Avez-vous une procédure à suivre ? J'ai essayé naïvement de remplacer la clé, de changer le port USB et le modèle TI dans l'interface, mais cela n'a pas fonctionné.

Ton dongle Sonoff est un type ? Si P alors Texas Instrument (ZNP). Si E alors SiliconLabs (EZSP).
Tu as essayé de réappairer tes objets ? Un changement de coordinateur depuis / vers une ZiGate nécessite de réappairer tous les objets.

Le type E ou P est inscrit sur la boite ou sur le coordinateur directement.
L'information du dmesg indique la puce USB et non la puce ZigBee.
Tu peux refaire les commandes suivantes dans le répertoire du plugin :
et redémarrer DomoticZ.

J ai exactement la même erreur avec le texas instrument.
Et comme le module est dans la maison familiale et donc a 200km de moi pour la semaine je ne peux pas vérifier ce soir la version, je n'ai plus qu'un acces ssh pour les 10 prochains jour .

Ok, fait les commandes que j'ai rajoutées au-dessus et vérifie qu'il n'y ait pas d'erreurs

J'ai supprimer le plugin
relancer domoticz
re installer le plugin avec en plus python au lieu de pip3 pour les requirements
Ajouter de nouveau le materiel en ZigpyEZSP avevc demande d'init.
je pense que l'init c est fait car je n'ai jamais eu cela

Le dossier Data ne suffit pas : Wiki - Sauvegarde du plugin
Tu as supprimé le plugin où ? Dans DomoticZ ? Et tu as récréé un matériel ? Tu as gardé l'ancien désactivé ?
Le problème est que cela change le numéro du plugin et ça risque de mettre le bronx dans la restauration.

Effectivement j ai backuper la base, et lors de la suppression du plugin je perd les devices
le soucis c est si je ne supprime pas le plugin je n arrive pas à installer / initialiser la clé.
Mais a mon avis en faiait un peu de SQL cela joue.
J essai cela dans 10 jours
1 désactivé le vieux plugin sur zigate
2 activer le nouveau plugin sur Sonoff
3 initialiser la clé
4 ajouter un devices un a 1
5 retrouver les data historique dans la db
