Bonjour,

je souhaite faire une mise à jour du firmware de mes "Fil Pilote" Legrand (ref 064879, ou autre suivant la couleur).
La connexion fonctionne correctement, j'ai bien téléchargé le bon firmware (1021-0015-002745ff-NLC.zigbee), lancé la mise à jour depuis le pluging, mais elle se termine en erreur

Plugin à jour (7.1.024), domoticz 2025.1 sur rpi5.

L'objet continue à fonctionner correctement, mais pas de mise à jour.
Faut-il reessayer jusqu'à ce que ça fonctionne, ou bien il a un soucis ?

as-tu la possibilité de faire un power off ? le débrancher, puis tu re-essayes ?

J'ai éteint le Legrand, refait une mise à jour. Les logs du plugin me disent que la mise à jour a réussi :

Mais quand je regarde dans les infos raw", il apparaît avec l'ancien firmware. J'ai éteint à nouveau, refait l'upgrade, en relançant entre temps le plugin, ... rien à faire.

Le plugin me dit que l'update se passe bien et est terminé, mais aucun changement côté objet.

J'ai testé sur deux Legrand différents, même résultat.

Toujours pas.
Mais les objets et le plugin ne montrent aucun signe que la mise à jour a bien été faite, à par les messages dans les logs.

Peux-tu essayer un re-appairage ?

Tu vas dans WebUI > provisionning
Et tu mets ton device Legrand en mode reset pour ré-appairage
Puis tu mets le plug-in en mode appairage
Puis tu fais un reset du device

Toujours pas de succès.

J'ai essayé :
- passer l'objet en mode reset (comme tu m'as indiqué) : j'ai vu un message "proREQ" au lieu de "inDB" (il me semble)
- ré-appairer avec le plugin
L'objet revient bien, mais toujours pas de mise à jour du firmware.

Puis :
- redémarrer l'objet (coupure du disjoncteur puis rétablissement)
- redémarrer le plugin
- faire l'OTA
- redémarrer le plgin
- redémarre l'objet
- mettre à jour le plugin
- redémarrer domoticz, le plugin ...

Toujours pas. J'ai bien des messages disant que tout s'est bien passé, mais pas de nouveau firmware ni de remontée de la conso.

peux-tu me donner un export.json que je regarde ce qu'il y a comme données pour cet objet


j'ai un fil pilote , je vais essayer l'upgrade, par contre il est à 400 Km d'ici don je n'ai pas trop de possibilité de Power Off;-)

Le firmware est b ien téléchargé.
On a bien la confirmation

Par contre il effectivement la version reste à l'ancienne

Ok, merci d'avoir vérifié : tu as donc bien le même comportement, à savoir tout a l'air ok, mais la mise à jour ne se fait pas.

Ca sent plus un problème Legrand que domoticz, non ? (et ça ne m'arrange pas plus que ça...)
