Domoticz OFFLINE I2C

Bonjour,
J'ai une installation Domoticz sur RPI 2 qui pilote tous mon chauffage depuis plusieurs années sans problème, j'ai installé sur un RPI 3 la dernière version de Domoticz avec une petite routine de lecture/écriture I2C qui plante chaque jour.
J'ai besoin que l'on m'aide à comprendre le fichier 'Domoticz_crash.log" dont voici ci-dessous le listing :
