avec la commande

Tu peux desactyiver le TransportSerial

Tu es sur quel type de PI ?

Est-ce un PI4 ? Si oui assure-toi que la clef Zigate ne soit pas sur un port USB3
Si tu as un disque SSD, il faut impérativement que tu mettes une rallonge pour éloigner la clef Zigate ?

ZiGate sur hub usb mais pas de changement si en direct sur un usb du PI.

peux-tu essayer de mettre la Zigate en direct ?

juste pour partager qu'on a fixé le problème, en mettant la Zigate sur le PI , alors que celle-ci etait sur un HUb au paravant
